Experience Design
I led the design process for Ryder’s RyderGyde app from customer interviews to initial concept to final designs. Along the way, I collaborated with the client’s operation team, development department to ensure the product was viable and feasible as well as desirable.
The app provides long haul truck drivers and truck fleet managers with geo-located services including contracted fuel rates, maintenance, truck rentals and fleet locations.
My responsibilities included hundreds of hours of customer research and insights, functionality and content recommendations, wireframes, InVision prototyping and design oversight.
