Design Strategy & UX

I was imbedded with Mobile Day’s UX team and played the role of experience director and strategist. In addition to providing experience design leadership, I also managed the relationship between our design team and MobileDay's internal UX/UI teams ensuring that the final result was aesthetically in line with the strategy. 

The MobileDay app allows users to dial into any conference call meeting in their mobile calendars with a single tap of a button. All the phone numbers and participant codes are automatically entered saving valuable time and stress. The problem was that the design and experience were not as simple as the functionality.

Our redesign and experience philosophy was to lean into the simplicity and make the experience as elegant as the functionality.
