Using Design & Strategy to Keep America Moving 

I’ve spent the last three years leading the experience design process for Ryder Systems, America’s largest transportation, supply chain management and logistics company. Over this time I have been responsible for modernizing the experience for the entire Ryder ecosystem experience so it can continue to succeed in this highly competitive industry.

 
 

Getting to Know the Customer

I used extensive interviews with Ryder’s customers as well as internal stakeholders to understand the challenges and opportunities to further meet users' expectations. I used these insights to guide the development of personas that were used in the development of updated experiences.

 

Analysis and Strategy

Working closely with the data I found problem areas within the experience and developed strategic and tactical recommendations for improving performance.
